Leadership at New Life Burbank

Jesus is the Head of the Body, the King of the Church, and the Lord of all.

He is our True Pastor, and Chief Shepherd.  He is the one in charge here.

Jesus calls certain men to serve Him by leading the church.

These men are called elders and deacons, and the Bible describes their qualifications in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

We believe the proper way to lead in the church is modeled after Jesus who humbly

"came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45)
