New Life Burbank is seeking a shepherd with integrity, humility and an immense and passionate love for Christ, His word and His people. He should be a man of high character and godliness. We desire a pastor who has a vital and profound relationship with Christ and who seeks to model this for the congregation. He should be devoted to the faithful preaching and teaching of God’s word, the administration of the sacraments, the discipleship and care of the flock, and evangelism. He should cultivate the unity of the church and be eager to work as a servant leader alongside a team of elders and deacons to shepherd and love the flock of NLB.
